VHSL Football - 2008 Division 6 Student Efficiency Rating (SER)

The Student Efficiency Rating (SER) is calculated by Team Rating Points/School Students.

Student Efficiency Rating (SER) is a measurement to see which teams get the most VHSL football rating points from their student Enrollment.

Basically its the team rating points per capita (students).

The average SER for all VHSL teams is 1.0.

For example:

Team A Rating 70 -Team A Enrollment 2,000 SER might = 1.00
Team B Rating 70 -Team B Enrollment 1,000 SER would = 2.00

Essentially team B got the same number of rating points with half the number of students,
thus their 1000 students were twice as efficient as team A's in earning football rating points.
